Hey! This is the page about my work work. While you can add me and review half of my work experience on my LinkedIn profile page, it doesn’t really tell you a whole picture of me, as a worker.
I would like to be be seen as an diligent, cooperative, and tech-savvy worker, and I have been thriving to be so. Although we shouldn’t believe in stereoptype and horiscopes, you can never go wrong when you have an Asian Taurius female worker. 🙂
Being an introvert doesn’t always help show my skills and talents, so I always work harder to make sure I am seen with my efforts and dedication. I like to be productive and get things done, so we can all go home peacefully and enjoy our private life. I love solving problems and hanging out with tasks and my duties. There is no satisfaction other than finishing a day with accomplishments.
I am not a people person. I could look a bit shy and quiet around a group of people, but I enjoy one-on-one conversation as do all introverts. I have been trying to be a good listener and provide useful feedbacks.
People in my personal life would describe me as being very diplomatic although I have never heard anyone comment on that at workplace. I do tend to approach issues and topics with a very neutral and “let’s take turn and talk about it” method. Being trained as a community worker in the past has enabled me to practice acceptance and inclusion in a group environment, so that I can contribute to create a positive and forward moving team.
I love positivity and changes with good reasons and constructive plans. Nothing is ever going to stay the same, and it is through changes we learn about our elasticity, strength and weakness.
